Yayasan An-Nuur didirikan pada 24 November 2004, berawal dari gagasan pengurus takmir yang dirasa sangat perlu untuk membuat wadah mengingat kegiatan yang ada di lingkungan Masjid An-Nuur cukup berkembang pesat dan membutuhkan pihak-pihak luar untuk kemajuan Lembaga-lembaga yang ada.
